The Laundromat

I let the dress flow from my body, waiting for Nick to come into the room and zip me up. My dress was really nice, it was short at the front and long at the back and was a strapless dark red colour.

Nick walked in the room, with his suit on and his black tie hanging undone around his neck. He looked at me struggling to do my zip up and laughed "ill do you if you do me" he laughed gesturing between my zip and his tie.

I let out a laugh and turned around for him to zip me up "deal"

I felt his warm hands touch my back as the zip was slowly done up. A shudder went down my spine and goosebumps appeared on my skin. When he finished he placed his hands on my waist and left a kiss on my shoulder "do we have to go? We could just stay here?"

I let out a laugh and turned around, starting to do his tie "if you werent apart of the groomsmen i would consider it, but you have a place up on that stage, so no"

He sighed and i finished his tie, flattening it down with the palm of my hand. I stepped back and admired him smiling "im so lucky"

He laughed and rubbed his hands together, "Cass if anything im the lucky one here"

I blushed, my cheeks probably matching the colour of my dress now. I looked away smiling and walked to the bed, grabbing my black heels. I slipped my feet in the shoes, doing the buckles up around my ankles and stood back up. I was now almost eyeballing Nick in these heels.

I grabbed my clutch and ushered Nick out of his bedroom, turning off the light and shutting the door behind him. Nick and i were riding to the venue together but once we got there id be sitting in the crowd and he would be on stage. Which i dont mind, atleast i can stare at him for aslong as i want.

We sat in the backseat of the car, Chris in the front with Shannon and Rob in the backseat with me and Nick. I met them the day after we got here, they were instantly so nice to me, i love Nicks family.

We pulled up to the venue, it didnt look like much from the outside but inside was so pretty, the theme was black and purple, and violets were scattered all along the walk ways and down the isle where Corinne was going to walk down later.

Corinne was such a lovely girl, i met her for the first time at the rehersal dinner and we instantly hit it off, she was so welcoming and so kindhearted its impossible to hate her, James is a lucky man.

I turned to Nick and smiled, pecking his lips "i have to go find a spot to sit, so ill see you later babe"

He nodded and smiled, kissing my forehead "bye baby"

I walked into the hall and smiled, this was such a happy day, weddings got me so excited. I looked around for Shannon and spotted her 4 rows from the front. I walked over and sat down next to her holding my clutch in my hands.

There was lots of talking going throughout the crowd, but it settled as soon as the music started playing, we all looked back and watched as the bridesmaids and groomsmen walked out, i spotted Nick and smiled, he smiled back at me and then got to the end of the isle and walked to his respective spot.

The music got louder and we all stood up watching Corinne as she walked through the huge double doors. Her dress was gorgeous, it was tight at the top, and flowed out at her waist, she had long lacey sleeves and small lace designs on the bottom of the dress aswell, matching the veil. It was stunning.

She reached the top of the isle and we all sat back down and the wedding started.

"Do you James Thomas Mara take this woman to be your lawfully wedded wife, to have and to hold in sickness, and in health?"

He smiled and nodded "i do"

"And do you Corinne Naomi Daniels take this man to be your lawfully wedded husband, to have and to hold in sickness, and in health?"

A tear escaped her eye and she quickly wiped it away "i do"

"I now pronounce you husband and wife, you may now kiss the bride"

Everyone started clapping as their lips connected, some family standing up and whistling, i sat and clapped, smiling at the two of them. I looked over at Nick who was already looking at me and i smiled at him, giving him a little wave. He waved back smiling and he mouthed to me 'i love you'

I blushed and looked away smiling, but instantly looked back at him he mouthed what i think could have been 'this is going to be us one day'

In my mind i was screaming incessantly, but on the outside i let out a small cough and a smile. Does he really want to marry me?

It was around 11:30pm now, we had just left the reception. We were all tired as hell, and we probably looked like hell too. I was carrying my shoes in my hand and nicks tie was just hanging over his shoulders undone.

We walked up the steps to his front door and we all walked inside, instantly going to our respective rooms. Nick and i walked to his room and i opened the door, throwing my shoes in the corner of the room. I placed my clutch on the nightstand and plugged in my phone to charge.

I stood with my back to Nick, him already knowing he had to unzip me. I felt the dress become loose and it fell to the floor, instantly exposing my bare skin to the cold air in the room. I walked over to Nicks closet and grabbed out a plain white top and put it over my body, which warmed me up only slightly.

I turned around and Nick was already laying in the bed only in a pair of his boxers. I jumped into bed and cuddled up to him, trying to get some warmth and i did, snuggling my head into his chest.

We were laying there for a good 5 minutes but Nick was still awake. I looked up at him and placed a kiss on him jaw "Nick did you mean what you said earlier? About us getting married?"

He looked down and smiled "kinda yeah, i mean not right now, we've only been together 9 months.  But i cannot see myself with anybody else, only you"

My cheeks heated up but thankfully he couldnt see that and i stayed silent "i mean that Cass, you bring out the best in me, i cant remember a time ive felt this alive and this happy. When im with you i go crazy knowing that ive gotten such an amazing girl, i dont want to ever give you up"

I shuffled up higher on the bed and placed a long hard kiss on Nicks mouth "Nicholas Carter i love you so fucking much you dont have any idea"
