By slowing something down, you could take control of it easily.
By slowing someone down, you could knock them out before releasing the quirk.
Cons:
It is strictly short-range.
The only way to activate it is with the palms of their hands.
Overuse:
Overuse of this quirk can cause nausea and massive migraines.
