Chapter 30 - All The Secrets Were Revealed

Daniel's POV

"Come on man!" Ethan yelled from downstairs

"Yeah coming!" I yelled back

Next week school starts and I'm not excited about that. At least Ethan and I can get back in our habits of being 'bad asses' as Dana would say. Speaking of Dana, we still haven't a found that bitch Kaylee.

I headed downstairs and passed my mother who talking on the phone. Ethan waited for me outside in his car.

When we arrived, it was already packed, as I expected.

The party was not that bad, I mean it was fine, the music was great and the food was alright; but something was missing. I guess because I didn't meet Ali like the last time. Yeah so we decided to leave.

As we were leaving, I felt someone bump into my right side. I couldn't help but think this was déjà vu.

"Sorry." This person said

"It's fine I guess.." I said

Usually I get really pissed off by now.

This person looked up and it was Ali!

"Hey Alisyn." I said

"Oh hey Daniel I gotta go." She said and ran out the house.

That's weird. I should mind my buisness, but I couldn't.

She was carrying a drunk girl who I saw passed out on the floor a little while ago; and she looked pretty familiar. It was Kaylee! I dashed out the house and looked for Ali.

"Hey! Ali!" I yelled form up the block.

Ali came running up the block.

"What?"

"My dad has been looking for Kaylee for ages now, ever since that little incident with my sister." I said

"Oh my gosh, yeah I totally forgot. Her mom came to my house and was balling her eyes out saying Kaylee was missing; so we've been on a scavenger hunt for her ass." She explained

I couldn't help laughing at the last part.

I heard crying and saw a police car down block. So Ali and I rushed down there.

I saw who I guess is Kaylee's mom crying and Kaylee in handcuffs, and then my dad who had his arms folded acrossed his chest; yeah he looked satisfied.

"No don't take my baby! Please!" Kaylee's mom pleads as a very drunk Kaylee gets ascorted to the police car.

"Ali I think you should go home, you don't belong in this mess." I say turning to Ali.

"Yeah, this is none of my buisness." She said and waving goodbye.

The police car drove off and my dad started to walk towards me.

"Who was the girl?" He asked in a stern tone

"My friend." I simply said

"What did I tell you about hanging with girls!" He yelled

Ugh, this is a waste of time.

"We're guys pops,  we need to be with different varieties of people in general." Ethan states.

My dad and I roll our eyes.

"You boys are something else." He said

"Yup! We need to have fun as well, if you know what I mean." Ethan said and smirked.
