Me: if you mean 'how can he have heats?' Let me explain. So, my knowledge on Omegas are kinda 50/50 I know somethings and other things I don't know yet. I'll do my best to explain. In my ShigaDabi fic Shigaraki is an Omega, and he's pregnant with Dabi's child, Shigaraki is able to have kids cause he's a cisgender male. Peter though is able to have heats regardless of his gender, yes he is trans but he is able to have heats because his Omega body adapted to their new male body. Regardless of gender Omegas are able to have heats if their cisgender, transgender, non-binary, and genderfuild. But if the Omega is trans and they get a sex change they can't have kids, the heats are the only thing a trans Omega has and is able to do. Kids though? That's a no.
