the program I drew that image with is called Concepts. This is how the app looks.
It has several really interesting tools and it's tool selection is on a wheel rather than a bar like most art programs. One tool allows you to grab lines that you've drawn and drag or elongate them.
There's no color wheel as far as I know and it has preset colors / a preset palate at the top. One tool I find interesting is the one I used to make the speech bubble; it gives off a look of actually being watercolor on paper and goes underneath other lines drawn with other tools. It does have layers and you can give layers names too
Ha-
But in all seriousness I don't know how naming layers is useful other than it is another way of organization. You can zoom in and do really really really tiny details and zoom way way out to draw bigger too!
I deleted that weird noodle from the characters nose later lol. But you can see it goes pretty in to detail on how small you can draw.
The app also has the ability to have a grid, snap (snaps stuff into place etc), measure (to make stuff to scale), and a guide (like the Ruler tool on IbisPaint).
I probably won't use this very frequently because there's no paint bucket tool and also has preset colors you can't change.

Sketchbook 5[requests openish]
RandomMy 5th sketchbook! I take requests, just nothing inappropriate, and no BIG requests in October because of the chaos of Inktober/Goretober. I try to update every two days but if unable to do that I aim for at least once every week.
