there are two kingdoms at war for power. the fire kindgom is threatening war at the water nation for their land. the water nation cannot let their culture and land be taken away just like how the fire nation took the earth nation's land.
the only way the water nation to stop this from happening if the only heir marries the fire lord prince or if they go to war with the fire nation but they would have to have help to succeed (the air nation's help)
