Misha's POV It's been getting cold, winter is slowly coming. Even though we don't stick together during the day, we do at night. The boys and I sleep under a rug and during the summer we sleep on top of it. But for now, we sleep underneath it with our arms around each other. In the beginning, I slept next to Uri, but that was before the jackboots found Halley. Ever since she was brought to the ghetto Uri and her sleep away from us. This wasn't her doing, Uri didn't let her sleep next to us. We all sleep in the middle the small room we use for sleep, Uri sleeps with Halley in the corner. It's odd I have never seen Uri put anyone before himself as much as he does with Halley. I know this because Uri freezes at night. One night while the snow was coming down hard I woke up to teeth chattering. It wasn't me so I looked and it was none of the boys, then I looked over at Uri and Halley. Halley brought a blanket with her when she came to the Ghetto. She tries to make Uri use it, but he'll just take it and wrap it around her instead. The way they sleep Uri wraps himself around Halley to keep her warm, even if it means himself freezing. I sat up from between the boys over at Uri. "Uri." I whispered, "What you little Shit?" He whispered back but by his tone, I could tell be wanted to yell. "If your cold you can come over here." "No." He simply replied and went silent, I laid back down. "Don't tell Halley. I don't want her to worry." That's all he said, but I knew what he meant. I don't know much but I know Halley. If she finds that Uri is freezing at night trying to keep her warm, well she'll stop at nothing to get him warm. They'd be fighting fire with fire and both with burn.

Like many, I had to read the book Milkweed in class and I totally fell in love with Uri's character. There is no movie so I just cast a random redhead that I knew of.
