It's been exactly two months since Jaewon turned his back on Jun, and he still remembered all of it like it was yesterday.
The air smelt crisp, smoky and almost burnt, the complete opposite to his favourite scent in the world. This one was murky. But the only reason why the smell was so strong, is because he's currently sitting with his groupmates in a crowded self-serve BBQ place.
He could hear the chatter from the other tables, and the clanging of plates making contact with other ceramics.
Out of place
He felt out of place, like the odd one out, hence was the reason he wasn't smiling with everyone else. It was just a mental thing, just a wave of emotions crashing through all the corners of his mind. Jaewon's never felt so claustrophobic in his life.
Feeling a hand grasp his own, Jaewon looked up to find a worried Dongho staring straight at him. "Hey, you okay?"
"..yeah, i'm good. I'm all G" Jaewon added some laughter at the end, to make his blatant lie more relaxed. It was eating him up, his job, rumours, reporters, Jun.
That night when all the members went to do their own thing, Jaewon made a stop by Coffee temple. What he really needed right now was a good cup of steaming hot coffee.
He was still avoiding Jun after the incident. He even went as far as memorizing Juns work schedule, to ensure that he could go grab a coffee without having to see Jun.
Although, he didn't expect Dongho-of all people, to be sitting in his usual table, right infront of his usual seat. On an instinct, Jaewon ordered his coffee and joined Dongho in an awkward silence.
An awkward silence that was quickly shattered when Jaewons bag fell off of the table.
"Why aren't you telling me anything" Dongho spoke up, his calm thundering voice sending chills up Jaewon's spine.
"I- what?"
"If there's something wrong, tell me now." He demanded. Jaewon was left shocked at Dongho's demeanor, did he know? How'd he figure out.
"Y'know its not hard to read your face Jaewon, I can tell when you're not feeling right."
