    The stars still glitter, 
    The moon still glows, 
    There is something missing,
    That this heart never shows. 
    The smile is still there,
    My silence still affects all,
    I have caged my emotions in such a manner,
    Waiting for your call. 
    The darkness still scares, 
    Your memory still recollects,
    While pretending to be happy, 
    Your absence always affects. 
    My eyes are waiting for you, 
    And so is my beating heart, 
    I feel shattered by every thought,
    That brought us apart.
