THE INDIVIDUALS gather around the screen in the main headquarters, beginning to pay attention to briefing about to be given by Tony Stark and Steve Rogers. Word spread around of the test run of travelling back in time being a success. Clint appeared quiet, not mentioning what it was like travelling back. Artemis was worried about his mentor's mental state. All that Clint told him was that the tunnel worked and mentioning the his daughter's name, Lila. Artemis was glad to know it was possible to time travel. Clint will soon reunite with his family.
"Now that the tunnel works, now we have to know about the when and the where for the stones." Steve speaks. Across the projected screens displays all six of the Infinity stones.
"Everyone in this room has had an encounter with one of the six of the stones or better yet nearly got killed by one of these stones." Tony continued.
"I haven't." Scott speaks up. Dahlia rolls her eyes at Scott's comment. Now was not the time to talk about who had some sort of encounter with any of the stones.
"Regardless, we only have enough Pym Particles for one round trip each, so we should make this count. We need to pinpoint each location of the stones and they have been through several points in history."
"Our history. We need a plan on who should go where for the stones." Tony added.
"Let's start with the Aether. Thor, you're familiar with this. What do you know?" Steve asked. All eyes turn towards Thor, sitting slumped in his chair with a can of beer in his hand. Astrid sighed to herself, not wanting to here a long drawn explanation from Thor.
"Is he asleep?" Minho asked.
"Wake him up Astrid, please." Steve asked. Astrid begrudgingly nodded, lightly slapping Thor's cheek. The Asgardian jolts up in his seat, reorienting himself.
"What?" he looks up, to meet Astrid's gaze. She glared at Thor, before he reluctantly gets up from his seat and heads towards the front of the room.
"What is wrong with him?" Minho whispered to Astrid.
"I will never know, Minho." Astrid whispered back. Thor burps, the annoyance clear amongst the others. Astrid could not explain why this happened to him and she wished it stopped.
"The Aether...it's not a stone, I don't know why you called it a stone. It's more of a sludge." Thor slurs his words.
"Okay?" Rhodey and Clint exchanged confused looks.
