Back Again (old version)

As we retreated back to our apartment, we took the back roads to get there. We were gaining fans very quickly, and we didn't want them mobbing us or finding out where we lived. That wouldn't be good.

As we rounded a corner near our apartment, I had to outwardly sigh. In front of us were about a dozen dumb*sses who thought it was their lucky day. They just "cornered" the Killshot Hearts.

Mia groans beside me, looking totally down with this. Nagisa just rolls his eyes. We all stand their in silence staring at each other. Were we supposed to look intimidated? We just looked pissed and annoyed if anything.

The apparent leader of the idiotic group spoke first. "What do we have here boys?"

Kate just smugly replied, "Look what the cat dragged in."

This caused Nagisa and Mia to start snickering, majorly ticking the other guys off.

"Who do you think you're talking to? Do you know who we are?"

"Does it look like we care?" Mia's smug tone echoed through the dimly lit alleyway. This just about pushed them over the edge.

"You arrogant little brat! We're the Grey Skulls, and you'll regret messing with us." I don't think he could get any more pissed off.

"Grey Skulls... I've heard of them." Cody seemed to want to fight. His hand was twitching. "Aren't they the second most wanted villain group around this prefecture?"

"You damned righty we are! You-."

"They're also extremely sloppy and unorganized. How did you guys get this far again?"

I take my statement back. He can get more pissed.

"Just give up the tough act already! We're going to rip you five to shreds!" He screamed what was probably supposed to be a battle cry before charging straight at us. Temper much.

Time to get this over with. They'd wasted
enough of out time already.

"I'll ki-."

"Lioness."

With my command, Nagisa didn't waste a second to act. He unsheathed a dagger that has hidden underneath his skirt. If you blinked, you would've missed it. Before the group's hot tempered leader could finish, he had the edge of a cold blade pressed against his throat.

"Now what were you saying?" Nagisa added some pressure and drew some blood. "You were going to kill us? Do you have any clue who we are?"

The man gulped but didn't say anything. One of his lackeys did, though. "You're that new idol group."

I nodded. A smirk flashing across my face. "We can also go by something else." My eyes turned red as Nagisa spit their leader's throat. "Hawk, Wolf. Don't leave any witnesses. Do what you have to."

They replied in sync. "Yes, Fox."

"Fox... Hawk, Wolf. Lioness... No way." The fear that came off them double. "You're supposed to be dead."

I just laughed at them. "Who said The Pack was dead?"

His eyes widen as Cody shot him between them.

"Let's go home."

We stepped over the bodies as we exited the alley. No one messes with us and gets away with it. Ever.
