I was walking down the streets of Seoul on a very fine afternoon. I missed this place. It's been 6 years since I left. I left a lot of people behind, a lot of memories. I never wanted to but I had to. Reason? I don't even know where to start.
I passed by a coffee shop and as soon as I entered the place, the sweet aroma of coffee engulfed my nostrils making me smile as it brought back memories. I went to the counter to order and as soon as the cashier turned to me, he smiled widely.
"Y/N!?" He said.
"Hi Jong Kook oppa! Long time no see!" I showed him my eye smile.
"It's been 6 years, kiddo! You used to come here after school with them." I nodded at the memory. I miss them.
"H-hehe. Yeah. Anyways, can I have my usual order, oppa?" I changed the subject and he nodded.
I thanked him and made my way to my usual seat near the window where you can see the street.
I miss them. I miss her.
I never wanted to leave her but she was also one of the reasons I left Korea without hesitation.
Myoui Mina. Let's just say... Mina and I were one of the famous couples back in highschool. Until something happened that made us broke up and made me leave without even telling her or any of our friends. 2 years after we broke up, they debuted as a KPop girl group and that is TWICE. Their group is pretty famous all around the world. Especially in Chicago. I'm glad that they've become such successful people.
Jong Kook oppa served my coffee and cake. I silently ate as I watch the cars pass by. I finished my coffee and left after saying bye to Jong Kook oppa and promised him I'll visit again.
I don't where my feet are taking me so I'm totally lost in thoughts until I bumped into someone.
"Woah. Sorry mi— Sana?!" I was shocked to see Sana after 6 years. She was wearing a cap and mask but there is no way I couldn't recognize her.
"Y/N?! It's been a long time! Oh my God!" She suddenly hugged me tight in which I returned.
"6 years to be exact. You've become such successful people now." I chuckled as soon as we broke the hug. "Where are you going?" I asked.
"I was out window shopping and I'm just on my way home. Oh— come! I'll take you to the dorm! I'm sure everyone would love to see you!" Before I can even say anything, Sana was already dragging me making me chuckle.
I guess it's time I face her so I didn't bother arguing anymore.
Sana and I soon reached their dorm and figures out they still live on the same place. All 10 us used to share this dorm and now it's just the 9 of them.
"I'm home! And I brought someone you'll be excited to see!" Sana yelled from the living room as soon as we got inside.
"Who is i— oh my Jisoos! Y/NNNNNN!!!!" Nayeon lunged herself on me making me almost fall back if I hadn't caught her.
"Hi Nabongs." I smiled. Nayeon was soon followed by Jeongyeon, Jihyo who if I may, hit me hard in the head telling me it's payback for leaving them for 6 years. 🙄 And followed by Momo and the maknaes.
I looked around the house. Jihyo seemed to have noticed it.
"Mina was out shopping with someone since it's our day off." I looked at Jihyo and saw her smirking at me. Of course I'm curious of who she is with. It felt like deja vû all of a sudden.
"I wasn't looking for her tho." I shrugged.
"But your eyes and heart were." Nayeon nudged me while she was wriggling her eyebrows making me chuckle.
