• Baths. Lavender and peppermint baths are good for raising spirits.

• Tea. Vervain, lavender, passionflower, and borage make a good antidepressant tea. Make sure it's safe to consume herbs. And I've heard that certain meds act funny with herbs.

• Burn candles or incense. Some candles have certain meanings. You can use regular scented candles or a spell candle, whatever your choice.

• Get some sun. Spend some time in nature. It helps a lot.

• Meditate. Just sit somewhere quiet, listen to relaxing music, and breathe. Quieting your mind helps.

• Spending time with crystals and plants may help too.
