BNHA - One Shots

45 - {{ Izuku Midoriya }}

I don't really know what to call this, it's not really an x reader its just this idea I had thats not really a self insert type. This does include a ship some might not agree with, Tododeku (Izuku x Todoroki). It's not very important to the story, but its included.

Inko Midoriya always tried her hardest to be there for her son, since he didn't have a father figure. She bought him all the All Might merchandise a kid could ask for, and tried supporting his dreams to be a hero.

Ms. Midoriya did have her falters. Like when Izuku found out he was quirkless, and she stopped believing that he could be a hero. She tried, but at some points her son was faced with the real world too harshly and she didn't know how to handle it anymore.

The most stressed she had been was Izuku's first year at U.A., the hero school he's always wanted to go to. She was proud of him for getting in, and improving his late quirk. But, the sports festival, the attacks, and the times he was away from home; it was the most she had ever worried in her life.

Now her son was a pro-hero, the number one hero infact. She was so proud, despite everything her son had went through that he could finally live out his dream. He ws the number one hero. Like his own hero and father figure, All Might.

She saw her son on the news often, saving people from large scale attacks. He was usually with some friends he had from when he was in school: Uraraka/Uravity, Bakugou/Ground Zero, Iida, and Todoroki.

A few years ago actually, not long after Izuku had become one of the top 10 heroes, he married his long-time high school friend/boyfriend, Shoto Todoroki. She was more than proud of her son being at the small wedding.

It was amazing, everything was going amazing, it was all perfect. Inko could've had her life end here, and she would be happy. However, life as a pro-hero was rather reckless.

She knew her son would get rather bad injuries, but they'd quickly just become scars. And he'd contunue with his job and life. Inko was in the kitchen, cooking dinner since Izuku and Shoto were going to come over for dinner. They were apparently going to be telling her "great news", and she was so excited to hear it.

She heard her phone ringing, answering it happily when she saw it was Shoto calling. Once he married Izuku he changed his last name to Midoriya.

"H-hello, Ms. Midoriya." He said once she picked up the phone.

"Hello, Shoto. Why are you calling? Is there something wrong?" She asked.

"Izuku is- in the hospital. I-it seems like something serious is going on. A-and I think I-Izuku would want you to be here." He said. He was acting rather out of character, but she could hear he was holding back tears.

"I'll be there right away!" She said, and hung up. Inko practically dropped everything, grabbing her purse, and making sure she had an ID.

Inko still lived in rather common apartments, and still didn't own a car. She quickly walked the dark streets to the nearest hospital, where Izuku was generally admitted. She quickly walked inside, going quickly to the front desk.

"My son is currently in the hospital! I-I don't know which unit he's in, b-but my name is Inko Midoriya. I'm coming t-to see my son I-Izuku Midoriya." She said, fumbling with her ID.
