Only Gets Better- VA

Chapter 13

I ran down the stairs dressed in black jeans and a blue top with my leather jacket over the top. My baby bump was visible but i still looked good, it was funby to think that in a few months i would be as big as a whale!

Dimitri smiled when he saw me and pulled me into a hug "You look beautiful, Roza" my tummy fluttered as he said my nickname byt the inly visible sign was the smile plastered over my face. I looked over at Olena and i could see she was also happy, i liked knowing that it made her happy when i was with her son!

"Not to bad yourself, comrade. No duster?" He shook his head and i raised my eyebrows

"Not today. It's too warm!" My eyes widened

"Its feezing outside?" He shook his head

"Me and my friends used to go swimmig in rivera when it was this cold. I grew up in this, this is nothing compared to how cold it gets" I fake sighed

"Yay. I get a baby thats used to the cold!" He smiled

"Just like the rest of the people who live here. Anyway come on!" He led me to the door and we said goodbye to his family.

He opened the cab door for me and i got in, once he was next to me the man started driving.

I watched ad we drove past beautiful houses, some were for sale, i woukd have to have a look for a house tonight. I cant live with the Belikovs for the rest of my life, there isnt enough room!

After about half an hour we arrived, Dimitri paid the man and opened the door for me. I raised my eyesbrows at him when he went to help me up, he pulled back his hand

"Pregnant, not disabled!" He smiled

"Arrest me, im just being careful. Its a miracle our baby is here l, lets at least try and keep it here" I frowned

"Im doung fine. He's safe." I was annoyed a little bit, he didn't think i could care for this baby. I guess i had proved that when i sicked up blood, but that gave him no right to say i was uncapable.

"Roza, i didnt mean it like that" I shook my head

"I know. Lets just go to the cafe" I said. He could probably tell that i was pissed off but he decided not to pry instead he kissed my cheek, which brightened my mood a bit!

We walked into a small little cafe in the centre of the town, it wasnt that busy but becUse it wasn't that big it looked crowded. Me and Dimitri sat at a table near the window so we could watch the people going by.

I sat at the table while Dimitri ordered our food, he retruned a few minutes later with a tray full of food for us both. He put it in the centre and we both ate whatever we want.

One we were nearly finsihed I smiled at him and he skirked, he was unaware that he had a bit of ketchup on his nose. I couldn't help myself but laugh which made him curious

"What is it, Roza?" I laughed and touched my nose

"You have a bit of ketchup on your nose!" I picked up my napkin and wiped his nose, still laughing in the process. He smirked again then wiped something on my nose. I frowned and wiped my own nose, when i looked at it, it wad also read but wasn't ketchup.

"Did you seriously wipe beans on my nose?" I raised my eyebrows and laughed

"Maybe" I shook my head and picked up picked up some beans on my spoon. I caterpulted them over to his and they landed all over his shirt. He shook his head and wiped some over my face!

I let out a small scream and flicked a bit of water at him out of my drink. The lady from the counter walked over with a stern look on her face

"Excuse me. Can i please ask you to leave. Some of our other custermers are getting annoyed because you are making too much noise, im sorry but could you please pay the bill and return home." I looked over at Dimitri wih a shocked expression on my face

"Yeah. Thats fine" Dimitri said. He placed the money on the table and i walked out of the cafe while he spoke to the women.

A few minutes later he came out and kissed my cheek "What did she say?" I asked. He shook his head

"Not much, just thats shes sorry" He smirked "Oh and Roza, im sorry aswell!" I raised my eyesbrows

"Whats do you me-" Before i could finish my sentence he shoved a muffin in my face and squashed it. I screamed and wiped my eyes, he handed me a napkin and i wiped most of it off

"I will get you back Dimitri" He smirked

"Bring it on, Roza!"
