Welcome, welcome, one and all! Come and compete against skillful men and women (and non-binary, genderfluid, etc.) of the world, who are all competing for a chance to win the hand of Princess Charisse Ghul, Prince Lucian Dame and Prince Xavier Dame...
This forest is merely a half-hour ride from the kingdom, but it is also a beloved place of the Royals. More often than not, you'll find Prince Lucian hunting, Prince Xavier spending his sweet time reading whilst perched up on a branch, and Charisse swimming in the lovely blue lake below the hidden cliff-side.

With it's tall, thick trees, it is very beautiful in the daylight, but beware- once the night floods into these woods, you'll most likely find yourself dead before dawn. Only very experienced travelers are able to swiftly cross these wretched woods, and stay wary, as you may not be the only thing lurking here...
After relentless begging and pleading, you and the rest of the Selected were permitted to venture into this forest from noon until late after dusk- but, unfortunately only two guards are available to accompany you and protect you from the dangers of this maze.

Maybe you could manage to lead off a Royal away from the others and have some quality time? Or will you get impatient and pin a Royal to a tree, lust in your eyes? Whatever you do- be cautious, as bandits and wild beasts roam these woods.
You and the other Selected (as well as two guards) are escorted to the forest mid-day in carriages, which will return to fetch you nearing midnight. They leave you at the entrance of the forest, with the Royals having already rode their mares to the maze of trees only an hour or so before your arrival, not being told that you were all venturing to the forest today. With the three Royals already roaming about the forest, fairly aware of the way back, you and the others unfortunately must find them in this new unfamiliar territory if you seek to speak with them.
Though you might have a grudge against the other players, it would be wise to keep them near in case you get attacked. If you're willing to risk your well-being in the name of competition and potential love, then go ahead and roam alone, permitting you the chance of some lovely intimate one-on-one time with a Royal if you find them.
Maybe you were smart enough to bring a weapon in case someone was in trouble? Or perhaps you leave yourself vulnerable in need of saving if the opportunity arises?
