Today was the day of my dreams, the day i imagined almost a million times since i was a child but i never once new i would be marrying the one and only: Ashton Irwin
It was now around 10am and I was still getting my hair and make-up done. While the other bridesmaids were getting in their dresses.
"Melanie?...my beauty you look amazing" mum came through the door eyeing me waiting to help me in my dress
"Yep almost ready, how's Dad and the others?" See if you ever heard the saying 'the groom cannot see his soon to be wife before the wedding' well I haven't which was hard as I sleep better with Ash next to me but I had to cope for one night, and my Dad and Dean stayed with him and the others because they are all 'men' and part of the grooms men people.
"They are ok, Your father is just saying how he cannot wait to walk you down the isle" mum said starting to tear up
"Don't cry mum that will make me cry and my mascara run" I giggled trying to lighten the mood more, because it was suppose to be happy as it was mine and Ashton's wedding day.
"Haha, just wait when we are at the ceremony" my mum smiled and helped me out the chair because my hair and make up was done, now to get into my wedding dress. What a chore this will be
After a 15 minute struggle I was finally in my dress with my white heels to match. the dress had a sweet heart neckline corset with off the shoulder short sleeves that just covered the top part of my arm and a floor length tulle skirt that was joined together with beading on the corset that dispersed out onto the skirt. It was honestly so beautiful I couldn't of pictured myself in anything better
I looked around and saw my bridesmaids ; Harper and Steph with my MOH; Chloe.
"Omg guys you look amazing" I said to them, they were in baby blue cocktail dresses with black ribbon tying around just about their hips into a bow at the back and Chloe was in similar in colour but because she was the maid of honour I wanted her to stand out so her dress was longer and slightly more fitted and we still managed to get some black ribbon to match the others.
"Not as amazing as you" Alex smiled
"Shh" we all laughed until my mum broke it
"Come we need to get to Church" Mum ushered us out

Pulling up outside the building, me and my bridal party got out meeting the groomsmen who were waiting up the cobbled path that led to the entrance of the church that all the guests and Ashton were already in
"You look fit" Calum winked
"If Ashton says no I'll have you" Michael said before we shared a laugh. I carried on walking up till I was besides my dad, he made a triangle shape with his arm which I linked my arm into while holding still my flowers
"Hey dad" I looked up and smiled
"You look beautiful, I can't believe this day has finally come" he bent down and gave me a kiss on my forehead
"Me neither" I whispered
I could hear the music starting inside, that's our cue to go. Everyone got into their positions and one by one they walked in leaving me and my dad last:
As Dean and Harper walked through the door me and Dad followed. My breathing was getting heavier as all eyes were on me as soon as we stepped foot inside, I still kept a smile on my face even though I was scared
We turned the corner and I could see him. Dressed in a suit and light blue tie to match standing by the priest.
All the bridesmaid's and grooms men went off to the sides, then Ashton turned around. His eyes got wider then a big smile appeared. I gave my flowers to Chloe before walking again
when my dad gave me away he also walked to the side where my mum was, who you could tell was already tearing up. I carried on my final steps until I was next to Ashton
