Here's Nessie
The Staff has a mind of its own and is mostly seen sleeping. It is extremely sleep deprived but its willing to wake up to help Nessie out. When it is awake It can petrify enemies and can turn any object the point jabs in into liquid which Nessilia can then control. Nessie has gone a little insane from being trapped in a dark puzzle room with killer rats for three years.

If she leaves her hat somewhere she can hear and see everything that happens around it. The little droplet on her choker was needed for her to complete the room. It allows her to walk on water and breath underwater. Everyone has one but only Nessie wears it constantly.
