You are definitely not an Indian if while buying vegetables you don't ask the vendor to:

Bhaiya thodi si dhaniya aur mirch daal dena.

Or while eating panipuris, after you've eaten the given amount, asking the vendor to:

Bhaiya ek sookhi do. Haan dahi daal ke, masala daal ke, ha matar bhi daal de.
