In the hospital,
kk is taken asks Bihaan to take care of thapki.
Bihaan says you will take care of Noor yourself.
he is taken to OT. thapki cries and ashima give her praflcify.
mr. goenka tell them everything which gives them shocked.
Doctor comes out and asks thapki,bihaan and ashima to go inside.
Bihaan :doctor woh kaise hai thik toh hai naa.
they get into the room and thapki gets emotional seeing kk in such a state.
kk:thapki,tu roo maat tu roote hui ache nahi lagte..

kk says I'm telling you that ashima and Bihaan will take care of you if anything happens to me.

Bihaan says you will not go anywhere.
kk talks to ashima and reminds her of her promise
kk:yaad hai ashima jab pehli baar thapki school jaa rahe the tab tunne promise kiya tha ke tu isska humesha dan rakhe gye.
kk asks her to support thaoki

outside of OT,
Bihaan come to thapki and give her a cup of coffee.

Bihaan :thapki you know what i just hate hospitals. totally hate..
the smell of hospitals ,i can't bear..

i hate that place, itna bura smell, log toh yese atmosphere mein aase health karab hote hoge.
