Sometimes it feels as if we are lost in our own minds.
When trying to find ourselves we end up lost.
Not knowing where we are or what to do.
The feeling of being alone and lost.
It's never fun.
It feels as if there is no one by your side anymore.
Being lost in my mind is terrifying.
You never know what you will see or reflect on.
It's so terrifying that I start to close myself off.
It's another reality but it's not real.
It's just a big battle that can't be won.
