This card really doesn't need to be banned in 2019.
Another shorter one today, folks. I have a question for all of you.
What benefit does Time Seal give to the player?
The most obvious use I see with this card is to play it in Altergeist, Summoning your Altergeist Multifaker during your opponent's turn to start playing control, but at that point, you're better off just playing a more consistent Trap Card that actually advances the game state. Plus, if you're going second, this card legitimately does nothing until Turn 4, so yeah.
Most decks search a bunch and have inherent drawing effects anyways, so Time Seal isn't really that effective in today's metagame. Unban it, Konami. Let's make the pink on that banlist vanish just a little bit more.
Just never unban Sixth Sense, okay?
But hey, I liked ZEXAL, so take my opinion with a grain of salt.
