jaemin whined loudly into his pillow. the soccer boys were stuck in his mind, driving him absolutely crazy.

"why don't you just ask your brother?" gowon asked.

"NO" jaemin shouted "do you have any idea what jaehyun hyung would do if he know i had a crush?"

"no? not really" yeji shrugged.

"he'll be pissed! who knows, maybe he'll never let me see a boy again!" jaemin continued.

"how do you know he'll even be that mad?" felix asked.

"have you met him?!" jaemin asked.

jaemin sighed as the eight teens laid around in the room in thought. jaemin was trying to figure out how to talk to the soccer boys but his friends had no idea either, being just as awkward as he was.

"maybe you should just... not?" xiaojun mumbled.

"that's an awful idea!" gowon said quickly

jaemin huffed "is it though?"

"yes!" she nodded.

jaemin whined and buried his face back into his pillow.

"maybe we could just start hanging out near the soccer field" yeji shrugged as she scrolled through her phone.

"that's- actually a really good idea" seoryoung mumbled.

"i know" yeji smiled, doing a hair flip.

jaemin sat up, hugging the pillow to his chest.

"but what if they think i'm following them or something?!" jaemin shouted.

"i mean- you kinda are?" felix said in an unsure voice.

"not helping!!" jaemin whined.

"oh please! they probably won't even notice you" xiaojun said.

"that's not helping either!" jaemin wailed, flopping back onto his bed.

"hey- hyunjoon, don't you know those two boys on the soccer team?" xiaojun asked.

hyunjoon finally looked up from his book.

"w-what? i mean- yeah- kinda?" he began to blush.

jaemin took in a loud dramatic gasp.

"do my eyes deceive me?! is hyunjoon blushing?" he asked.

"what!? no!" hyunjoon exclaimed.

jaemin hummed.

"i think someone's got a crush~" he sang in a teasing tone of voice.

"i do not!" hyunjoon denied.

"mhm" jaemin hummed sarcastically, sassily raising a brow.

hyunjoon huffed, crossing his arms like a pouty child.

"well- back to the topic. do you know them or not, hyunjoon?" gowon asked.

"yeah- i know em-" he muttered.

"great so hyunjoon can talk to them for us!" yeji nodded.

"what?! but-" hyunjoon's cheeks reddened again but they changed the topic before he could finished.

hyunjoon just huffed and leaned on xiaojun's shoulder with a pout.

hopefully, this would all work out..
