So, open Phonto with your finished graphic. I'm going to use an unfinished version of the cover for my graphic shop one called "Crown."

Touch the screen anywhere, and click "add text." Type what you want on your graphic and choose a font.
Click "style."

Click "stroke" to create on outline for your font.

Red is the size of the outline, and yellow is how much it fades to see the background.
Adjust it to your likings. I make it large enough so it's not overlapping, and see-through enough that you can see the graphic through it.

After that, click "style" again from this page.

Red is see-through levels, yellow is how blurry it is, green is left to right, and blue is up and down.
Choose a colour darker or lighter than your stroke, and adjust it until your satisfied with your glowing text!
