9: big news!

So guys don't be troubled by this chapter it's going to reference something from the real show and don't worry there will be lapidot!

It's been 2 months after the little incident with lapis's mom and another thing garnet and her mother are a little more tense for some reason and everyone soon enough was getting worried so they started to ask a question 

Everyone's POV

" hey garnet you seem tense and we decided since your mother left we decide to ask you if somethings wrong do you want to talk about?"Steven was the first to ask

Garnet told us to sit down "well it's just that I haven't told my mom ruby but you know ruby well shes going to propose to sapphire today but sapphire called ruby and said that she wanted to talk and I'm worried I mean ruby and I are worried that they might break up.."

Everyone looked at garnet 

"WHAT?!"everyone yelled at garnet yelling and confused they didn't expect so Many words from garnet not only that but ruby was gonna proposes !

10 minutes later after they all calmed down

Garnet was explaining everything and they soon enough calmed her down and they decided to give her some space 

Lapis POV

Now I'm not that sure what just happened but next thing I knew we all were comforting garnet so I did to

Peridot looked at lapis obviously confused so they went into there dorm and peridot explained what was going on 

Lapis was very happy for garnet and worried but something felt weird as if something felt wrong she remembered something from 2 months ago garnet knows a lot of things like how she found out how peridots real name and past on her own

"Peri?umm did you ever tell garnet your name because she knows that your name is peridot"

Peridot looked at lapis blankly

"WHAT!?"peridot yelled and jumped up lapis fell and covers her ears lapis would have thought an earth quake started on the other side of the earth

"HOW DOES SHE KNOW THAT!?" Peridot kept screaming earthquakes when Steven yelled to keep the noise down 

Lapis then realized and remembered what she was gonna say but was literally still covering her ears from maybe some eternally bleeding 

"Anyways before you literally made me deaf I was gonna say.. garnet knows so much about everyone but if that's the case she can problem know what sapphire is gonna say based on context clues so I'm thinking what if there's something she's not telling us"

Peridot was still fessing of how garnet knew her real name but when lapis said that last sentence she froze 

"Well if that's the case then let's go find out we pull an investigation"

Peridot looked at lapis and was excited and a little worried for garnet but lapis saw the smile on her adorable face

"Aww that's so cute how you care about your friends~so cute"lapis looked and smirked at peridot

"I-I yeah I guess but~ I care about you the most"peridot smiled and kissed lapis on the cheek

"Cmon were gonna get carried away let's go talk to garnet~"lapis hugged peridot and dragged her to the door and peridot followed and they were in front of garnets dorm...

Lapis and peridot exchanged glances as if they were both gonna die or something

.."okay should we really do this we might never come out what if she gets mad that we're asking her this what if-"peridot was stopped with a kiss on her cheek by lapis 

"I know I'm a little worried to but hey I'll be with you to so cmon let's go"lapis looked at peridot 

Then garnet opens the door 

Slowly and then walked down the hall they stood still and were literally going to be sick

Garnet went down the hall and into the living room............

"YyyyyyyyyyEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSsSsSsSs!!!" Garnet screamed and everyone came out of there dorms they were worried something dangerous or even deadly happens but they were mistaken 

Garnet was jumping up and down smiling she haven't been this happy ever since she found out ruby was dating again.. wait a second does this mean?

Lapis and peridot looked at garnet she was so happy and excited everyone ran towards garnet they were all worried when garnet screamed 

"SHE SAID YES!!" Garnet was so ecstatic and happy everyone paused then they all tackled garnet yelling 

"yES YES YES!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!"

Everyone was ecstatic even peridot and lapis were happy 

They were going to need the whole story and they would need to get ready for a wedding too!
