Kim Seokjin pov

-2 years later-

"Joon hurry! Soojin's waiting!!"

"Ok, Jinnie, 5 more minutes!" Today we're taking my little cousin out. She's so cute. She hasn't really met Joon yet so he's sorta nervous.

"JOONIE HURRY!"

"Sorry Jinnie…" he rushes down to the second floor of our shared apartment. I really love this apartment, though it has it own share of weird stuff like a bit of burnt stuff on the kitchen walls from the time Joonie tried to cook me Ramen. Hahaha.

"It's ok Joonie, I just don't want her to wait." I kiss him lightly on the forehead.

-a few minutes later-

"JINNIE!!!!"

"SOOJIN!!!"

"No wait, I only get to call him Jinnie."

"No! Jinnie is mine!"

"Hahaha, thanks for offering to take care of Soojin today, I'm sorry to trouble you. The call was so last minute."

"It's ok auntie, I love Soojin. Let's go get some Ice cream ok?" I smile.

"Yayay!! Come on you other uncle, let's go!"

-a few minutes later-

"Soojin, why did you have to run? Jinnie is tired now…"

"I'm sorry but this Ice cream shop is very popular and I love the Ice cream here!" Soojin squeals as she runs in.

"Baby, didn't this next to the café you used to work at?"

"No shit Sherlock."

Recently Joonie changed his job going from a bartender to a producer. I'm so freaking proud of him. He still keeps in touch with Jackson and they still meet up often. Hoseok and Yoongi have already tied the knot and Joonie and me are definitely next in line. I glance down at the sparkly ring on my finger. The tiny diamonds looks like it has specks of blue and pink in it. Hehehe.

"Jinnie, I want one scoop of chocolate, raspberry and caramel ice cream each!" Soojin hungrily licks her lips as we get nearer to the front of the queue.

"Sweetie, your mummy only said 2 flavours."

"Ok then, chocolate and raspberry…" Soojin begins to pout and a feel a mini tantrum starting.

"Sweetie only two flavours." I say sternly.

"Ok…"

"Baby, I'll get one scoop of caramel and another scoop of you."

"Shut up Joon!"

"Jinnie? Is Joon your boyfriend?"

"That's right Soojin."

"But he's a boy and you're a boy."

"Honey times are changing."

We sit outside and lick our ice creams quietly. It's such a nice afternoon.

"Jinnie?" Soojin suddenly asks, her eyes wide and big.

"Yes sweetie?"

"Are there such things as soulmates? I hear my friends talk about them."

"Sweetie…"

"Of course there are Soojin!" I notice Joonie had gotten down and has lowered himself to the five year old's height.

"Then are you Jinnie's soulmate?" I immediately flush a bright red.

Maybe? We've been dating for 2 years and I've never met someone who knows me so well. I can't wait to get married to this gorgeous man.

"I think so, and I think Jinnie knows that too!" He beams and his dimples immediately show. After all these months, they still cause my heart to flutter.

"Will I find my soulmate too?"

"Maybe Soojin… he or she is probably out there somewhere waiting to meet you. Isn't that right Jinnie?"

"If course Joon."

I quickly embrace the 5 year old girl and she squeals. I wipe her sticky mouth as Joonie whispers "Baby, tomorrow I have a Doctor's appointment and Kookie and Tae will be coming for dinner. That's alright with you right babe?"

"It's fine Joonie. Should I make Bulgogi?" About a year ago, I finally reached out to Taehyung and we had a chat and became friends again? Or something along those lines. My heart no longer feels sad when I look at him. He's really happy with Kookie and I wonder why I made such a fuss about it after we broke up. Anyways, thanks to him, I met Joonie. If he hadn't broken up with me, I would never have gone to the bar. He and Kookie are adorable crackheads. They're definitely made for each other. Jimin is still single but I know it's not going to last. He's definitely eyeing someone and I bet he's gonna ask them out soon. He won't tell me who. He always says things like "ugh, did you know? He's so cute…" or something like that.

I would never trade anything for this life now. It's perfect. But I hate to think perfect things will never last.
