"Wow!" Niliana exclaimed.  "There are more rides here than there were last year." She said after parking the vehicle.  Everyone poured out and were just as awed as she was.

"This is going to be awesome!" Alonzo exclaimed excitedly.  HE had a wide smile and eyes as he watched the many various assortment of rides moved in contrast to each other, lights flashing and the boisterous sound of fun inside.  He couldn't wait to start.  "Come on Miranda!" He tried to pull her along but she pulled him back.

"Wait Alonzo, we can't go in yet." Miranda told him.  He turned around with a bit of disappointment in his reflecting eyes that made Miranda's heart sadden.

"We have to buy tickets first." Niliana explained.  "Come on.  It won't take long." She took his hand and led him to buy tickets.

"Hi, how can I help you tonight?" A woman behind the ticket window greeted them when they made it to the front of the line.

"I'm paying for Alonzo.  Does anyone need me to pay for them too?" Niliana asked.  Everyone else shook their heads and refused her offer.

"Ok, can I get two all night passes please?" Niliana asked smiling kindly.

"Of course." The woman smiled back.  Niliana paid for the passes and her and Alonzo stepped aside to put on their pass bracelets and wait for the others.

When everyone finished buying their passes they went inside.  It was a small busy city of gaming booths, vending booths, and skyscraper rides.  Some kids ran around throwing candy and popcorn at each other.  There was a typical teenage boy trying to win his teenage girl a plush toy.  As the group walked the venders called out to them to try out what they had.

"Miranda," Blake poked her in the shoulder.  "Ira and I are going to split off." He told her.

    "Ok, call me." She said.

"Ok." They both said and walked away.

"I gotta meet someone here." Marina said.  "I got my phone on me so I'll call you too." She said before leaving.

"Ok." She said as Marina ran off.

"Now it's us three." Niliana laughed.

"Miranda." Someone called out her name.  The three of them turned to see who it was.  Niliana put on a bitter face immediately.

"Vable." She bit his name as it wriggled from her lips, burning him with her eyes as he drew closer to them.

"So you all decided to come after all." He said, nodding at Alonzo.  Alonzo nodded back and then noticed who was with him.

"Hey Alonzo." It was Riley.  He smiled at Alonzo and walked over to him.  "Have you played any games or rode any rides yet?" He asked, trying to rest his elbow on Alonzo's shoulder.  Alonzo moved away and Riley's arm fell right back to his side.

"No, we haven't yet." Alonzo replied, uninterested in the boy at all.

"So are we gonna hang out?" Vable asked getting closer to Miranda.  People made their way around them as they stood between the booths.

"We're just gonna hang out by ourselves." Niliana responded, pulling Miranda and Alonzo away.

"Hang on." Vable ran in front of them.  "I know both of ya are mad at me, but I know it's more fun with more people." He tried again.

"Just leave us alone, Vable." Niliana growled at him.

"Miranda." He looked into her eyes.  She hadn't even said a word.
