1) Always study in advance for future tests/quizzes that your teacher has mentioned about, even if you don't know when the date is gonna be!
2) Even if your teacher doesn't mention about any future test/quizzes or exams about the material that you are studying about, you never, ever know what gonna happen. She/he may have a little pop quiz one day about a small section of the material, or unit that you are learning about, and if you don't do so well on it because you haven't been paying attention or taking neon time or your homework lately, that will make studying time take even more time away from your schedule!
3) Make a ballpark estimate of how much time you are gonna spend time studying, so that you don't end up spending too much time!
4) Don't forget, if you try and force yourself what to remember the next day, you will probably freeze up or end up forgetting everything.
