Huh? What's that sound?

Wait where am I?

"Valt?"

I turn around to see faces I thought I'd never see again.

My Mom and Dad.

"Valt honey what are you doing here?" I hear my Mom say while running towards me. "M-mom?! Mom!" I finally get to see them again after all this time!

"Mom! Dad!" I hugged both of them while crying my eyes out, I just couldn't help but cry. "Valt my boy you've grown so big!" my Dad says "Yeah I guess I have" I say in between sobs. (does that make sense?). " Valt you have to wake up." Mom says. "Wake up?" I ask confused "Wake up from what?". "Wake up Valt." they both say at the same time.

"Huh, wait where are you going?!" they started to disappear!

" Wake up Valt."

"Wait come back! Please! I just met you guys again!"

And then everything went white.

*Gasp*!

"Oh your awake thank goodness!" I hear a voice say. I turn my head to see a young male with light green hair, greenish blue eyes, and he had freckles. "Oh I'm sorry I haven't introduced myself yet, my name is Appen but you can call me Apple." he said.

"What happened to me?" I ask but my voice sounds raspy. "Oh well I don't really want to say but you have some friends who came to see you." he then opened the door and I see Shu, Honcho, Ken, Daigo, and Wakiya.

"VALT!" they all shouted and ran towards me. "Valt thank God!" Shu says while hugging me along with the others. "Guys I'm okay." I assured them then hugged them back. "You sure buddy? You don't need anything?" Honcho asked worried. "Yes, guys I'm okay really!" I said again. They seemed to believe me this time but am I really okay?

"Well I'll leave you guys to chat for a bit, see ya!" Apple said then left.

We all chatted for a bit talking about our battles and strategies when I finally decided to ask. "Hey what happened to me?" I ask. They all looked at each other then back at me.

"Valt.... You got hit by a car." Daigo said.

I was shocked.

I got hit by a car? When?

"What?"

They all nodded. "Someone saw you cross the road when a car was coming and they called the ambulance after you got hit." Shu explained to me. "Hey what were you thinking about?" Ken asked with Besu. "Yeah do you know how worried we were when we found out you got hit?!" Wakiya shouted, a little too loudly cause Apple came in and told him to be quiet. "Geez can't a guy scold his friend for getting hit by a car from daydreaming?" Wakiya said while everyone gave him the look.

"So how long am I going to be here?" I ask. "The doctors said for about 6 weeks." Shu answered. I looked down. I'm gonna stay here for 6 weeks? "Valt you okay?" Ken asked. "Yeah I'm okay!".

I am not okay.
