Your POV
I sighed reading through the note again, "Maybe dad will understand" I said going downstairs. "Dad I found this note in my room. I believe it's a clue to where mum is but I can't understand it" I told him handing him the note. He hummed, reading through it before saying, "Unfortunately my child, I don't understand the meaning behind this note" he sighed still looking at it. I stared hard at it before something caught my, "wait dad. Look" I said taking the note and holding it over a dim candle. It started to light and some writing appeared, Roman's Oak. "Roman's Oak? I know where that is. It's in the human world, far away" I said. "But what does Roman's Oak have to do with her?" He asked. "Wait, look at the beginning of each word" I said. They spelt out; HELP ME. "She's clearly in danger. I'm going to the place to get her back" I said determined. "I trust you daughter. Go get your mother back" he encouraged placing a hand on my shoulder. He hasn't called me daughter in such a long time. I smiled before nodding and going to my room to pack some stuff. "Time to make a quick pit stop before I go" I said after saying good bye to my Father. I appeared in the mansion, startling Ben. "Woah Sly you scared me. Sup?" He said regaining his cool. "Nothing much. Are Jeff, EJ or Toby around?" I asked. "EJ's here but Jeff and Toby have gone on dates with their girls. I'll call him for you. EJ!" Ben yelled. "What what wha- Oh hi Sly, didn't know you were coming over" he laughed nervously. "I just came to say goodbye" I said. "Good bye? Where are you going?" He asked. "I'm off to find my mother. I'll be back as soon as I can" I answered. "Oh ok. But please be careful" he advised. "I will. I promise, tell Jeff and Toby that I'll be back as soon as I can. Bye" I said kissing his mask and disappearing.
EJ's POV
I held my mask, blushing brightly. "Dang dude! Wish I could see your face right now!" Ben laughed. "Shut up you idiot"
3rd Person's POV
You appeared in the human world, feeling the cold air blowing in your face. You sighed, this might take a while. You pulled out your phone before looking at the map and heading North. After a while you were on the Streets of a busy neighbourhood. "Roman's Oak isn't too far from here, I can smell the odour of humans" you scoffed walking around. "Hey there baby girl~" a voice said. I turned to see a drunk man, probably in his early thirties, holding an empty bottle and stumbling towards you. "Ew what do you want idiot" you snapped. "Oh fiesty~ I like it. How about you come back to my place and I'll show you a good time~" he purred. You growled under your breath before smirking, "how about you die first?" your eyes flashing becoming black and white swirling around. He was hypnotized and walked into the busy street only to be hit by a huge tipper truck. His blood splat on the road as people gathered around screaming for help. You rolled your eyes before continuing. Soon you saw a sign that said Roman's Oak. "Finally!" you exclaimed before teleporting to the roof and looking through the huge glass window. Your eyes widened when you saw your mother tied to a chair in the middle of the room, battered and hurt. You growled, busting through the glass and jumping down. Her eyes widened as your ran to her and ripped the gag from her mouth. "Mum!" You yelled happily. "Oh my baby girl" she said sobbing. "Don't worry I'll get you outta here" you said pulling at the ropes. "Well well well, what do we have here. A little spawn here to save her mummy?" A voice you knew all too well said. "Viper!" You yelled as he came into view, scales dry as always. "Ah little Sly, come to rescue your mother. I see, well I don't think so" he smirked, pushing a button making your mother appear beside him. "Let her go you bastard!" you yelled. "No can do sweetheart" he said. "Fine. I'll just rip her from your cold dead hands!" you yelled, jumping up to him, bringing your sword down on him. He blocked it as you both engaged in a sword fight. Yoy kicked him back and stabbed him after a while of fighting making him spit out blood and fade away. You huffed catching your breath and untying your mum. "Oh my little demon. Thank you so much" she said hugging you. You nodded and said, "Let's go home. I'm sure dad will love to see you again" you smiled making her nod. Mission Complete
