Funny you're the broken one but I'm the only one who needed saving...

1 month later

Kenny packed the last of his items into the box before him, he looked up and there was Toni. She was sitting up in bed staring at him, she removed her glasses and placed the book she had been reading down on her nightstand.

"That's all my things." He said.

"I'm gonna leave now-" Kenny said ready to walk out, "no." Toni interrupted causing him to freeze in his tracks.

"Stay." She softly said, "stay. Just for a minute." She said more clearly looking into his direction.

He smiled lightly before turning around and nodding his head at her. She flashed him a weak smile, she sat up pulling the covers back indicating he needed to be in there.

Kenny hesitantly looked between her and the bed before he slowly got in. She tossed the covers over him whilst slipping down and getting comfortable. Kenny had no idea what took over her. He slipped down getting comfortable as well, about to switch off the bedside lamp he felt her head get rested down on his chest along with her arms snaking around his body. He let out a deep breathe turning the light off. He was hesitant at first but soon wrapped his arms around her body.

"What happened to us?" She asked breathing against his skin.

Kenny took a deep breathe, "I don't know how to answer that question." He said rubbing his hands up and down her back.

"Please don't leave me, I don't want a divorce."

Both stayed quiet for awhile before Toni spoke again.

"And I don't want us sleeping in different bedrooms anymore. I want to be here with you." She sat up looking him right in the eyes.

"I want us to-I want us to try and keep trying until we get us back." Kenny said intertwining their hands.

She looked neutral as she tried to digest what he was trying to say.

"I'll stay with you tonight, we'll figure everything else out in due time." Kenny added, she nodded laying her head back down on his chest.

Kenny tossed around feeling a cold breeze and an empty cold space beside him. He sat up wiping out his eyes looking around the bedroom.

"Toni!" He called out slipping out of bed.

He walked into the bathroom brushing his teeth before taking a shower. After everything had been done, he made the bed right after getting dressed. A couple of minutes went by and still no sign of Toni. It was quiet, he grabbed his phone and checked the time seeing the notification pop-up immediately causing him to storm out the room and rush towards the designated room.

He let out a frustrated breathe once he didn't find her there. He knew all too well her calender's reminder went off as well.

"Dammit..." He sighed realising her car keys were gone. "Why did it have to be today? We were had just began to make peace!" He shouted in frustration burying his face into his palms.

He let out a loud breathe before grabbing his car keys and phone rushing out. He had made a stop at his mom's place, she wasn't there. The studio, she wasn't there. He kept driving around before his heart spoke.

Hopefully she didn't do anything insane.
