Types of dates

Tomura Shigaraki: Lazy days count as dates for him, though you should make him go out more times. Those usual "dates" include watching movies, eating, sleeping and playing video games all day.

Dabi: Let's be honest, since his face isn't the best way of passing unnoticed you can't really go anywhere. You could go to a bar (Twice probably comes along), he could teach you how to play pool. The whole time he'd be glaring at the guys around you, since it's not usual to have girls around the bar.

Chisaki Kai (Overhaul): Fancy restaurants are his usual dates, since he's from the yakuza normally he has important meetings and fancy parties, perhaps one of those can be also a date? Though he's not the typical romantic type, the best he can do is shower you with expensive gifts.

Jin Bubaigawara (Twice): He's not the outgoing guy, and you know it. But some late night walks around the park and a nice picnic in a discreet place takes his mind out of his preoccupations and can manage to spend some quality time with you. 

Toga Himiko: This girl definitely loves amusement parks, just take her there once in a while and she'll be yours forever, believe me. It's a childish yet romantic date you can both enjoy.

Atsuhiro Sako (Mr. Compress): He Prefers some romantic places like restaurants and maybe going to a cinema to watch a movie. A date to him is a unique time which he can completely focus on you and not think about his work as a villain.
