Chapter III:
Flesh. Blood. Bone. Freedom.
Sana was correct.
Takis Haas was the first of many.
And all their blood is on my hands.

Today it is Gerasimos Yaman.
Shorter than I.
Dark brown hair.
Narrow brown eyes.
Bronze skin.
Heavily-built.
He roars as he charges.
I grab his punch and crush it.
He strikes with the other.
I respond in kind.
He flies.
He lands.
He cries, coughing blood.
I stride over.
I kneel down.
I break his neck.
He is still.
Sana puts me to sleep.

I wake again. Invigorated.
My foe is Iro Kiki.
Lighter than I.
Taller.
Muscular. Powerfully so.
Blond hair.
Wide green eyes.
Obsidian skin.
He advances slowly, hands open.
I walk over to him.
He bursts my left eye.
I grip his forearms.
I bind them together in a single fist.
I twist.
His forearm bones break.
I punch his sternum.
His ribs break.
He splutters.
I kill him with a double-kick.
Sana puts me to sleep.

Another day. Another foe.
Jurunos Mara.
My height.
An albino.
Bald.
Heavier in build.
Slower in motion.
I rush him.
He slams my face.
I feel dizzy.
He kicks hard.
I grab the foot.
I spin.
I throw him far away.
He crunches against the wall.
He lands on the floor.
He tries to stand.
He succeeds.
