Ro was sandwiched between two boys as she entered the theater. The dark red seats brought comfort to her, reminding her to ease her mind and just relax. No matter how much she wanted to run out of the building and hide in her room.

"This'll be fun," Chan tried to cheer her up. Ro only nestled herself further into one of the seats, scooting down so only the top of her head was visible. Chan sighed, ruffling her hair before holding one of her hands. "I know you don't want to be here, but Jehyun would be really sad if you didn't show up."

Ro grumbled to herself, pout seemingly stuck on her lips. "Whatever. I have to be here anyways just in case the oh, so precious main character gets hurt. I hope she sprains an ankle."

A snort came from her left as Chan giggled on her right. Wonwoo reached over to hold her free hand, smile still on his face even though he attempted to scold her. "Rosie, you cannot threaten people."

"Wasn't a threat, just a wish."

"Rosie! Aren't you supposed to be the nice one?" Wonwoo chided. The stern way he spoke broke, though, when he began to giggle along with Chan. Ro grinned at the sound, looking down as she held both of their hands. "You are a menace, I swear."

Greetings ensued when Yeji and Suyeon took the seats in front of them. Ro leaned up to lay her chin between them, not breaking her hold from Chan and Wonwoo's hands. Jinwoo came next to sit beside Suyeon; Seokmin wandering in to settle beside Yeji.

Ro simply stuck her tongue out at them and leaned back as the curtain opened. Wonwoo took his hand from hers to clap politely - she wouldn't let Chan do the same. She hummed along to the songs quietly, only looking at the stage when she knew Daisy wasn't there. The scowl wouldn't leave her face.

Chan watched her closely. Ro would play with his fingers, head bobbing to the beat of a song or mouthing along to the dialogue of the musical. His eyes danced around the room - he hadn't spotted Jeongin. Ro hadn't said anything about the boy recently, either. Chan frowned briefly.

"On the count of three," Ro said as the show ended. The actors all went up to bow, holding hands as the curtains opened on them all again. Yeji began the count-down, grin matching Suyeon's. The three girls spoke in unison, "-three! I LOVE YOU, JEHYUN!"

Said boy grinned, laughter shaking his body as his cheeks lit up. He found his friends, shaking his head at them as they continued to cheer for him. Daisy seemed to glare at them as she jerked his hand as a way to get him to pay attention.

Ro sunk back into her seat. That could've been her. She could've been up there, holding Jehyun's hand and receiving applause. Her friends would've cheered for her, embarrassing her in the fondest way possible. It could've been her - but she wasn't good enough.

Chan noticed her grip on his hand turning shaky, her breath trembling out of her lips. Sending a small nod to a frowning Wonwoo, Chan griped Ro's hand tighter. He ushered her up quickly, leading her into the quiet hallway as cheers from the inside echoed around the walls.

"I'm sorry," Ro choked out. She was crying again - she hated that she cried so much. But she was so sad and so overwhelmed and everything was crashing down again. Chan only brought her face to his chest, muffling her sobs as he wrapped his arms around her. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry."

"You don't have to be," Chan said softly. He began to rub her back slowly, trying to get her to focus on that instead of the turmoil inside of her. "You can be upset, Rosie. You're allowed to be upset. At your sister; at your friends; even at me. If you're upset, then don't hide it. You know that only makes you worse."

"I know," Ro whimpered. She began to copy his breathing, her lungs failing to get the air they needed and causing her chest to stutter. She closed her eyes, listening to Chan as he counted for her softly. "I am sorry you have to deal with me, though."

"Hey," Chan pulled away from the hug to frown at her. "I don't just put up with you, Rosie. I love you, and if that means I need to hold you when you cry and help you count your breathing, then that's what I'll do."

Ro only nodded, stuffing her face back into his chest. From inside the theater, Mister Yoo began to thank everyone for coming to their musical. That meant they only had a few moments of solitude and silence left. Chan let out a sigh, "you had an argument with Innie, didn't you? You've cried a lot this week."

Ro only whimpered again and Chan could feel her lips beginning to fold down as she started crying again. He only brought her closer, chin resting on her shoulder. A figure caught his eye - a boy with chestnut colored hair was watching them, looking like he wanted to run over there.

But, he was gone before Ro could lift her head. Chan didn't tell her about the boy with dark blue nails, or the one with inky black hair down the hallway behind them.
