chapter 14: fawn

Today is the wedding and I so ready to be married. I was up late last night to have my bachelorette party at the palace. We watched movies almost all night before we decided that I needed sleep.
I am getting ready for the wedding and the first look. The first look is at 9 a.m. and the wedding ceremony is at 10 a.m. It is 7 a.m. and I don't want wake up. I put on some clothes on and started my hair.

I was excited for the wedding. Evelyne has finally walked in my room. We are ready to get me for the wedding. It is now 8 a.m. and I need to finish doing my hair and makeup. It was done by 8:40 and I need to get in my dress and veil.

I loved the shoes we chose. They heels but they were converse. I wear converse for skateboarding. We had to customize them to have them be comfy all day.
It was time for me to head to meet Duncan. We were meeting at the skate park for the first look. I know that Duncan will like the dress. But I don't know how the country will like it. They know that I am nothing like my mother.
Duncan was there when I showed up.
"Wow, you look amazing. That dress is just you." He said before kissing me on the lips.
"Well we need to finish getting ready and head out to the church. My two people need to put on their dresses. And I need to put on my crown." I said.
After that I headed up to my room to finish getting ready. When I got there Leta was already in her dress while Evelyne was curling her hair. Evelyne luckly was in her dress but had no makeup on.
It is now 9:40 a.m. and we are headed to the church. My brother knocked on my door to take me and Leta down to the cars. I was ready for the wedding. Phillip took Evelyne down to the cars. Phillip was Duncan's best man. Me and Duncan had two people in the wedding party. This is very unusual for a royal wedding.

It is time to exchange vows and rings of course, I had be going first because I was queen. I was ready to do this. I said my vows to Duncan and it's now time give him his ring.

It was simple but had some royal looking stuff. I thought he would like it. It is now Duncan's turn to exchange his vows to me and give me my ring.

It was amazing. I loved the cut of the stone and the band. I loved it. Me and Duncan were finally married and we walked out of the church hand in hand. We got to the cars and headed back to palace for the reception.

It was perfect and I think the country will like it. I chose this red dress because the colors of the wedding. Our colors are red, emerald green and purple. It's a mix of me and Duncan's favorite colors.
It was time to head down to the reception and party all night long. Duncan knocked on my door to walk down. Tomorrow me and Duncan leave for our honeymoon in Hawaii. I was excited to have a week's time off of being queen. It has been a great day.
