Ivy grabbed her backpack making sure she had everything she needed for school. She walked over to her nightstand to take her phone off of her charger then she went downstairs and sat at the dining room table. While her mother is getting breakfast ready, Ivy unzipped her backpack and took out her music binder and flipped it open. Only for one of her music sheets she wrote is missing.

Ivy scanned through her bag again thinking she must've overlooked or something.

It's gone.

"Mom have you been in my room?" she asked her mom ash she placed a plate of blueberry pancakes down in front of her.

"No. I haven't

She rolled her eyes.

A thought of realization came to her. He did not. "He did what?"   She shot her head to her dad who was looking up from his newspaper. "Uhh, what?" "I heard you say he did not." "Oh, uh-look pancakes!"

Her parents both sent her questioning look to their daughter and decided not to press.

<>**<>Kathryn's pov.<>**<>

During free period I took it as an opportunity to go to the school Library to find the book on Crests. Today has been good day so far. I had zero trouble with Jessica. A lot of students including her boyfriend on why confused she is acting why she carried my backpack to second period and calling me, "Your majesty."

I scanned through the C section I saw they didn't have it; must've either been checked out or just don't have it.

So I took out my phone and dialed Mom's number.

Turned out she did have a book on Crests, which I didn't even know she had an interests in them.

I was at the Thompson's skimming through the book with Tony after I helped him on his math homework.I received a text from Mom saying she will be working over late. I replied back then continued skimming through the book.

Dottie brought a tray of tea to the table, Bob was talking golf business.

"Afternoon tea, how very civilized, how very..." Dottie said before pouring tea into her cup.

"Dad, this crest has a stag on it." Tony said showing him the page.

"A lot of Scottish crest's have stags." Bob said.

"They do?" I asked.

"Yeah, it means they descended from hunters." Bob replied.

"So, guys why are you three interested in crest's all of a sudden?" Dottie asked.

Tony and I looked at each other.

"Its a new hobby." Tony replied.

"Tony, what are you really up to?" Dottie repeated.

Tony made up an excuse as best he could."Kathryn has an assignment in history on Scottish crest's and how they came to be, and I'm want to learn about them to and-"

"He volunteered to help me find one so I can gather the details I need."  I finished.

Dottie nodded in understanding before sipping her tea.

"Lord McAshton has stags on his crest.See?' said Bob handing us his business paper with the McAshton crest on it.

We noticed the crest from the vision.

"That's the crest." I mumbled to herself. "We found it."

"Can we have this?" Tony asked.

"Sure go on ahead." Bob replied.

"And Dad, can we go to work with you tomorrow?" Tony asked.

"Uh, it Saturday, so yeah, why?" Bob asked.

"To check out your project." said Tony.

"Great!" Bob said with a smile.

"Is it ok if go to Mr. Bob?" I asked him.

"You certainly can, will your mother let you?"

I nodded. "Will Lord McAshton be their?" I asked.

"He lives their." Bob replied with a chuckle.

"Don't let that stop you." Dottie said.

"We won't mom." Tony said.

We excused ourselves and stepped out of the room and went outside.

"Ok, we got the information about the crest. Now what's the plan?" Tony asked.

"We wait till Rudolph comes-" I started. "But unless trouble gets in their way, we will go there ourselves."

<>**<>Kathryn's pov.<>**<>

Night time finally came around, I was trying to sleep but I couldn't. I keep getting a bad feeling something bad is going to happen to Rudolph and his family.

So, I decided to go. I called Ivy letting her know and she told me she will come pick me up so we can go together. .

I made sure Mom was asleep before I got dressed into a long sleeve shirt, jeans and my shoes along with my red knee length rain coat since it is sprinkling outside.

I went downstairs and met Ivy out at her car dressed in her Nightmare Before Christmas shirt, black jeans, black leather jacket, combat boots with her hair in a messy bun.

Then went over to Tony's house.

When we got there, I got out and went over and threw a small rock at Tony's window a couple of times. He peeked his head out the window.

"What?" Tony asked in a grumpy tone.

"Come on, our friends need help." I said.

That seemed to get him moving

I waited a few minutes, hearing the door open, I shifted my head and saw him coming dressed in his usual.

"Alright," Ivy said when we got in her car. "Let's do this."
