As soon as i got out of the filthy hospital i knee my aspirations were never met to standard. 𝘼𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙧 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚 𝙬𝙖𝙨𝙣'𝙩 𝙚𝙣𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝. They said i was fine and that i was 'cured' i dont believe i was ill. I believe i wasn't accepted.
"𝙢𝙪𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙧"
it rung in my head. i was on watch amd escorted everwhere by security because i was listed as a 'suicidal' patient but i had left the mental health centre about 2 weeks ago. i was new to the world. "the guards are temporary" is all they ever said to me. Inside it still rings in my head.
"𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙮 𝙙𝙤𝙣𝙩 𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙, 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙧𝙞𝙙 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙢"
I tried to ignore it but you know ignoring isn't easy after all these years of these years of listening. Trying to kill my mum was the breaking point for my parents. They abandoned me.
"𝙛𝙪𝙘𝙠 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙢"
I had a friend but he sadly passed. i was blamed for his death. They say i forced medicine in him. He overdosed on pills. That was when i was 5 so it doesn't class as a murder.
"𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙮 𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙣'𝙩 𝙜𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙥𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙚"
i love to notice that they treat me different. My number was 355. Its my lucky number. I cant focus on what people think. i focus on how they feel. its strange how when you think you know someone, they stab you in the back multiple times and without a goodbye...they're gone, because of your bare fists...
"𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙮 𝙙𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙚 𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜"
I sat alone after my friend died. i wasn't sad he was gone. i was happy because i knew he wouldn't hurt anymore. "stay focused" they always told me to focus on words not feeling. Funny how they make you feel special and worthless at the same time. They dont know me at all. i was just 355 to them. I LOVE IT!
"𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙮 𝙘𝙖𝙣'𝙩 𝙝𝙪𝙧𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙞𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙮 𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙣'𝙩 𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚"
I needed to get rid of the guards always following me. 𝙄 𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙙 𝙨𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙚. i told them to go. They helped me tell them to go. They said the guards won't be visiting anymore.
"𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙡 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙢 𝙩𝙤 𝙜𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙨𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙚"
come to think of it. i dont really know why i needed any help from my friend. he didnt even help me. he sent me straight back to the mental health centre. how unfair right? he wouldnt leave me. he swore to protect me. especially when i didnt get my space.
"Collect 355 and bring him to me" the giards nodded. The guards knocked on my cell. "come in" i smiled. putting away my notebook. The guards didn't say a word. they gripped my arms and dragged me away "Get off me! i need my space!" i squirmed in their grasp. they tightened. "AHHHH!" other patients gripped the bars of their cell. "settle down patients" the guard watching demanded.
They sat me in a chair and strapped me on. "patient 355, am i correct?" a man at his desk asked. "haha, how could i forget" i sarcastically replied. "good, now, george, it seems you've been causing trouble in the play shrink, is this true?" he rested on the back of his chair. I screamed, rocking back and forth, rubbing the restrains on my wrists. The guards went to stop me "no, let him scream" i sat back in my chair. "they'll get you, they say i need my space" i laughed. "who might that be?" he asked, curiously. "672" i laughed. his eyes widened. "672 died of an overdose 10 years ago" the man looked at the guards and nodded. "goodbye george" he smiled. he waved as the guards injected a something into me, everything went hazy "take him back to his cell, we're done here" the man mumbled. "haha, goodbye mystery man" i laughed as i half-heartedly waved goodbye. my head tipped back.
I saw a boy as i was on my way to my cell. Something about him triggered something in me. He.was watching me get dragged back. "you!" i pointed at him. "silence 355" the guard demanded.
They threw me back in my cell. "you'll be expecting a new cell mate within a few days" i smiled as the guard walked away. i laughed histerically. "funny" someone said from the other cell. "hm?" i stood up. "i said funny" he banged on the wall next to me. "who are you?" i said as i put my head to the steel wall trying to hear the person. "im patient 354" he said. "im patient 355, george" i smiled. "oh we're stating names?, well i'm Josh" i grabbed my notebook and wrote his number and name. "george, What do they do to you in that room?, i've tried to sneak in but i can never get into it when i have my free roam" Josh's vioce was unsteady and shakey "well, they interview you, but your put in restrains and they inject you with something that makes you go dizzy when you leave" i could hear his pen writing on his notebook. "thanks george"
"you're welcome Josh"
