The slow, aqua waves crashing among the soft, yellow sand. The sun, beaming down on what lingers below.
"Oi, Mia."
As you turn around, blocking the sun from your gorgeous blue eyes with your hand, you see your older brother, Lewis, standing with a couple guys.
"Uh.. yeah?" You question.
"Have you seen mum or dad?"
"I thought they went for a stroll" you reply.
"When they get back, tell them we went to grab ice-cream, kay?" Lewis demands.
"Yeah- yeah sure."
One of the guys he's with smiles before letting out a question.
"Couldn't she come with us, i mean wouldn't it be fun?" He smirks.
You smile back.
"Whatever." Lewis frowns.
As you get up, you put an oversized tee to cover your bikini, everyone had set off, apart from the guy.
"—Hey.."
He smiles, his hazel eyes looking directly at you as you let your hair down.
"Heyyyy.."
Both smiling, you decide to introduce yourself to each other.
"I love the name Mia, im uh- Benji, Ben for short i guess." Benji grins.
Blushing and flustered, you ask how old he is.
You're 14, theres only 1 year difference.
