He drove to the nearest vet with the help of his map on his phone

To "Dr. Ten's veterinary hospital" he got out and carried the already unconscious puppy

"Mr? Zhong" a nurse called out in a sea of bodies "yes! It's me" Chenle jumped out and immediately ran in front of the kind woman

Who he gave a charming smile "I have the data on the cutie you brought in" she said smiling at the unconscious puppy before it was taken to emergency surgery even tho she was still really cute "oh really please tell me" he begged him eyes glimmered in hope "Sure, her name is Nini she was and still is a therapy and a well trained one she is still a puppy and it's obvious it's a girl
She is a Chinese breed chow chow" the nurse read from her information board laying quite gracefully in her arms "will she be okay?" Chenle asked awaiting for an answer "she is very much fine it's that her old owner which she had for only 2 and a half months had a sudden cardiac arrest and died two days ago so the dog was on the streets and probably got hurt" the nurse explained being very informative of this Matter eyes narrowing and eye brows furrowed

"Mr. Zhong is you have anymore plans go ahead Nini will be having a long surgery since Dr. Ten has a time limit for puppies" the nurse said going waving at Chenle then calling other people

Chenle had exited really scared of what might happen to Nini he was planning on adopting her

He was mostly lonely at home anyways
But he will just have to suck up the pain by himself and forget it

"I guess I'll be visiting the cafe" he said putting on his smile he took out his keys and unlocked the car "I might stop by the pet store and party store" he made a mental note getting in and driving to the cafe

He once arrived with a waft of coffee hitting him in the face smile crept into Chenle's face seeing a happy family sitting beside a window

This place was indeed famous everything looked expensive all the seats almost taken

Walking towards the cashier he skimmed through various freshly brewed coffee or ice cold drinks " hello good evening sir what would you like?" A young girl younger than Chenle that is with a pale small face piercing eyes a smile that was gasped like a almost square and gorgeous light pink dyed hair "hello I think i would like a-" another voice much manlier calling out to the cashier "Jung Julia! You never asked for my consent for taking the cash register?" A man who had broad shoulders a small physique similar eyes to 'julia' and chocolate brown hair blue streaks curled into perfection

"But papa! Daddy said since I'm 14 already I could help at least managing the cash register~" she whined at her father doing her signature puppy eyes hoping her father would let her "ok fine now do your best" he said one last time making a fist at her 'hwaiting' movement and walked back into the kitchen making more cheesecakes and macaroons

"Sorry Sir But what did you say you wanted to order" the girl gave him quite the smile which made Chenle give her the same embers back

He ended up getting a coffee latte since Nini was still in surgery and didn't want to grow tired and also bought a cheesecake because he craved it

He asked about the part time job and they were still hiring and he simply got the job

He took the drink and cake for a take out on the way to the door he remembered he had to get puppy supplies and things for the gender reveal
