This is Luka. He works the night shift at a 24 hour bar. Luka is apart of an organization of people who have strong abilities.
His ability is Hypnosis. Here's where his bartending job pays off in this. Many of the people he is against come to his bar. This is where he takes the chance to speak with them and gain as much info as he can. Using that info, he can eventually hypnotize them to say specific information he needs, that they keep secret.
Luka has dirty brown hair with purple streaks throughout it. He has the height of 6'2" and has golden eyes. His personality is rather cocky, with a bit of mischief in there. He can also be reliable when you are on his good side.
And, as you can see, he has a massive scar on the left side of his face. No one knows how or why it's there. It just is. He never tells why, and when someone asks, he'll immediately avoid the question.
