We stepped in to see everyone with posters in their hands. There were posters everywhere. On the walls, lockers, doors. The cleaning staff didnt come yet.
I looked at one of the posters to see,
Jay's face with FOR RENT on his forehead.
And CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP under his photograph.
Well...
Jazelline is nowhere to be seen.
I went to the male restrooms and saw Jay hurriedly tearing all of the posters he removed from the walls.
I ran out. No way hes seeing me today.
I rushed towards Juan and told him to take me to his classes today.
"Felix, are you seri..."
"Yes I am!"
"No! I wont!"
"Why?!?"
"I have a f****** poison class."
"Uh"
Sigh. I guess I just have to deal with it.
"Heyy dont be sad..."
He said, holding my hands.
"I dont want you to get hurt okay?"
"Can I wait outside during your poison class?
He thought for a while and then nodded.
I held him from his side and we went to the lockers.
He took out a big hoodie and made me wear it.
"Cover yourself so that no one identifies you"
"All set, I just hope everyone minds their own business"
The hoodie was so big, it was hanging down my waist.
"What do you even do with such a big hoodie though?"
"I come to the school late at night "
"Whyyy"
"Felix calm down, youre showering me with questions"

4th period is over and its time for the poison class.
Oh damn.
"Now wait outside, Ill be here in 40 minutes. And dont go anywhere okay?"
I nodded.
The room was so weird and odd. It was completely made up of stones.
It was situated in one of the ends of our school.
I was sitting on a bench, facing down.
40 long minutes to pass.
I was sitting there peacefully, when I saw a familiar framework approaching.
I wanted to go but Juan told me not to.
He sat with me.

I didnt lift my head up.
"Felix, you can take that hood off."
Oh no.
"Its me, Xavier"
My heart was beating faster than falling stars when you try to wish for something.
"Im not gonna eat you or anything duh"
He removed the hood from my head.
"See, its this easy"
He rolled his eyes.
"Why are you even here?"
"I ran away from my class"
"And why?"
"None of your business"
I wore the hood back.
"K"
He rolled his eyes.
"I have no friends and needed a team mate so I ran away instead"
"How would you have friends when you try to bite anyone who believes in you"
"I have never done that okay! Im not that kind of a guy"
"Oh yeah sure you arent, I wonder who was trying to bite me in the hollistic fountains"
"Felix are you serious!?! I was just trying to kiss you. Who even said that I was going to bite you???"
"What?"
"Dont tell me that the son of a serpent told you so"
I didnt respond.
"Youre really trusting him Felix, have you ever seen him in a stable relationship himself."
I havent, but I wont respond.
He grabbed me by my shoulders.
"Felix, I would never ever bite you. Do you understand?"
I nodded.
The bell rang. Whoops.
He disappeared in black smoke.
"Feliiiixxx!!!"
I saw Juan waving at me from the crowd of serpents.
"School's over" He said happily.
"Yeah school is over"
