As I am finishing my food I see something out of the corner of my eye, 'Robots!' I hide behind a tree and close my eyes real tight, when I hear soft footsteps that don't sound like a robot's. I decide to whisper quietly, "hello? Is anybody there?" I am surprised when i see a boy in a black hoodie jump into veiw. The boy gasps, "Who are you!" It seemed like more of a demand then a question but I answers anyways, "I'm Patton. Are you human?"
He looks, almost, scared of me although i can see why. He answers in a soft voice, "yes. are you?" Oh thank goodness he's human I answer him way louder than I should, "Yes! Oops sorry" The boy looks frightened at the noise but stays quiet, "I forgot to ask, what's your name?" He gives me a strange look and mutters "Virgil." Now that's a name I've never heard before.
"Hm. I like it! Hello Virgil!"
He looks up at me, as though hearing his name was a surprise, it kinda is in a silly sort of way. We continue to talk for a little while and I have officially decided that Virgil is my son.
(Oh. My. Gosh. This is waaaay sorter than I wanted but I am seriously lacking in the creativity department
