Description
A Maximal who is a close friend to Convoy Major and almost like brothers, he's very competitive and cause trouble. Convobat along with Convoy are securing ancient Cybertronian weapons until Cryotek came and told him the value if he pay for them. He sneakily give Cryotek some ancient relics as the crime boss called him Onyx Primal, Convoy saw and heard everything, he alerted the Maximal Authority and took him. He told his brother that could be tricky but Convoy didn't respond, which led him to think he betray him and was locked away. Before Axalon and Darksyde head out to Cybertron, he break out of Prison and high jack a ship to follow Optimus Primal. He arrived to the Alternate Earth, he landed on the Andes Mountain which he get revenge on Optimus many times during the Beast Wars but he sometimes help. He law low after the Beast Wars as he wasn't with Maximal while the Plumbers & Galactic Federation can't find him. He follow Dinobot as he and Cinos'
Trivia
● Onyx Primal's original Cybertronian name is Convobat which both of are redeco of Optimus Primal's toys.
○ Convobat is a figure that have Optimus Prime's color which said to be the original G1 Optimus and any version who a redeco of Titans Return Mindwipe which is a clone.
● Onyx Primal is one few who is almost completely changed from his original Beast Wars counterparts.
● Onyx relationship with Optimus is similar to RID 2001 Ultra Magnus with his Optimus and Animated Sentinel Prime with his Optimus.
● Onyx Primal's descendant are Predaking and Ser-Ket, which is not a fully Predacon as she was change by Shockwave.
○ The rivalry is carried on to both Optimus Prime and Predaking's descendant.
● Onyx Primal named himself after Onyx Prime, the first Cybertronian with a Beast mode.
○ It possible that in real life, this is a reverse as Onyx Primal appeared as a toy in 1996 or 1997 while Onyx Prime appeared in media in 2013.
○ The reason is doing to the fact Onyx Prime is the ancestor of the ancient Predacons which his heritage is part.
