Me and Ein have been dating for three years now (ever since my 15th birthday) and I think I'm ready to take it up a notch but I'm not sure if I should just tell him or if I should wait until he confesses first.

I love Ann with all my heart and would never want to hurt her, I am ready to take it up a notch but I am unsure how I should tell her or for that matter if she's even ready for anything like that.
