Kevin is the fun loving and unintelligent head who is easily distracted and seem to like almost everything, even though he doesn't know what it is but then one thing he knows that he loves Gigabolt Man-O-War.
His new body is based on that of Chinese dragon (mostly Mushu from Mulan) and meant to be more for swimming in the water, he have fur on his tail, elboe, and ankle.
Kevin's theme is King Ghidorah's theme from Godzilla Generation: Maximum Impact.
