Story of my heart
(Prose Poem)That's all it takes, the glimpse of his shadow, my heart is racing!
I stand in a trance, and as I stare at him as if it's nothing.
This is the story of my heart, my beating heart.
On this piece of paper,
I can't stop thinking of him!
This is my story of my heart.
I tried to resist, but the images just kept on coming through.
It was just two years and now it's all untrue
This is the story of my heart, my beating heart.
the ink has dried out.
I can't stop thinking of him!
This is my story of my heart.
Did I just see something that was untrue, I'm now in despair.
now my heart is going to have to repair.
This is the story of my heart, my beating heart.
the story coming through
I can't stop thinking of him.
This is my story of my heart.
This is my study of my life, the book that's untold.
I led myself to believe the story and I'm now cold.
This is the story of my heart, my beating heart.
becoming a book.
I can't stop thinking of him,
This is my story of my heart.
Did I just imagine it all, putting your face on the pages.
As if it wasn't untold, it was just the sentences.
And I know I shouldn't have told this story.
and now all I have to say is sorry.
This is the story of my heart. What if, I travelled back in time
The ants go marching two by two....hurrah, hurrah!
It's funny to admit but when your part of an time traveling organisation that you are one to decide on events, even if it's small or big. The events of Genghis Khan becoming an emperor didn't happen in one day or Queen Victoria coming to the throne wouldn't have happened if we murdered her predecessor her uncle William IV, so she would one day be Queen. That's why we had the T.T.U. Time travellers union.
I am Agent K, I was the only woman in the organisation. It was mainly men that orientated the business but I came to the union for my family. It's not everyday that your reminded that your a descendant of Elle Hart. I was her great granddaughter. Yet it was Andrew's great grandson that admitted the business, he was the first time traveller to go back in time. He said that meeting Elle was like " a breath of fresh air." Every time she'd come into a room she'd brighten up the room and every time she cried all you wanted to do was to hug her.
'They were the lover's that stopped time', that's the motto. It was subjected that every-time he tried to change something everything went white and she'd disappear from existence. She was on this earth for a reason but no one knew why. Everyone read her books, they were pretty hefty but an interest on Time travel and the possibility of parallel earths.
It was always in the syllabus at school and you would have to debate the real truest story of what happened, no one knew for certain. I believe it's the first, the story of her angst and sadness felt true to me. It was like I was reading her emotions from the first story. It was when the second volume arrived that you had to decide on what would've happened if you were in her position when she put in the grievance. It's troubling to believe that she went through a grievance, everything that happened couldn't be true.
I don't think she went through a grievance, even if she did why would she put a grievance later in life. It would have to be at least six or seven months, he had to have kissed her for her to raise a grievance. But, who knows really?
I was going through the old building of the psychiatric ward with my white jacket on when Annie the Android came up to me."You have to have authorisation to come through."
I showed her my card and walked through. I strutted past by the inpatients and I walked into a room marked Vallard. He was the on his rocking chair, his room was filled with photos. I went up to the wall and saw a photo of himself with Elle. She had mousy brown hair, with sapphire blue eyes, both of them were wearing their uniform. He was strikingly tall against a small Elle, both of them with glasses.
