This was kind of like Lee Hangyul "debut".

It was a tiny project for MBK, a ballad group.

And since they did not gain many attention, or their popularity was quite low

The group went on a survival show called

"THE UNIT".

In Lee hangyul group, him and his fellow member, Kijung, made to the final episode for the line up.

Sadly Lee hangyul did not make it, he got 13th place out of 9th places.

But his member got 8th place on the team, and was called UNB.

Within their song, UNB came out with "Black Heart" and Lee Hangyul did a little back up dancer in their dance.
