Queen Iduna was from the enchanted Forest and helped king Adgar escape during the midst of a war that broke out between the two tribes.
If once upon a Time the series on Netflix and Frozen are connected then that means Iduna had two sisters.
One named Ingrid who had Elsa's power and another named Helga who passed away in the show because Ingrid froze her accidentally.
What I don't understand is if it was only the king and queen who made it out that means once upon a time is not connected to Frozen.
In Frozen 2 we also learn that Elsa and Anna's parents were trying to get into the enchanted Forest through the Black Sea.
They were not headed to Rapunzel's wedding.
They did not have a baby boy named Tarzan.
They did not get shipwrecked on an island and get killed by a leopard.
And most importantly the shipwreck Ariel visited clearly wasn't Anna and Elsa's parents shipwreck.
