Michael is an avid watcher of The Great British Baking Show. He gets overly invested in every competitor and cries more than he'd like to admit whenever someone leaves, which Jeremy teases him about (but gives him cuddles anyway, because why would he EVER say no to Michael cuddles?).
Bonus: Sometimes they get stoned and watch it together, at which point Michael tries to recreate all the most complicated challenges.
It turns out about as well as you'd expect.
Then he makes Jeremy "judge" them, who always puts on a terrible British accent and calls them "delightful" and "scrumptious." They end up eating everything and laughing about it until they end up with stomachaches, which of course never stops them from doing it all over again.
