"there is a small myth in fact that the house is haunted?" The estate agent explained "if you believe in that sort of thing"

"I'm sure It will be alright" I shrug...

I sighed getting up and having a look in the fridge, not really hungry, not really thirsty, am I just bored all alone?

"well nice to meet you" a voice said making me jump

"ahhh!" I yelled "who are you and how did you get in my house!"

"ohh I was already here" he smirked "I am a keeper, I look after demon and ghost ridden properties until they get owners" he explained

"so this place is haunted? Cool... So what these ghosts gonna try and scare me off?" I ask

"no, you got demons in this property four of them actually, they live in the basement just throw them some meat down every once in a while you'll be fine, I'll be back in a month you check if there dead or your dead" he explained....

"UUUUUUUGGGGGGRRRRRHHHHHHHHG" Screached from my basement as I stood making my dinner

"I already fed you guys!" I yelled down to them

"UUUUUGGGGRRRRHHHHH!" They scream again

"you want to communicate send her up!" I yelled and within seconds feet came up my stairs I turned to see y/n stood in her little black dress, her skin as pale as s ghost her hair black as night and eyes like ruby's she's the only one of the demons living here who is old enough to talk full sentences "what do they want?" I ask

"blood again" she explained

"again? I thought you guys only drank once a week? This is the third time I'm starting to worry about blood loss" I complain

"please Asa" she begs "even just some for little me?"

"y/n, I shouldn't they find out I've let you they'll all be up wanting some" I explain

"pretty please," she begs "I could trade"

"trade what?" I ask her a little worried about the answer she smirked and gave my lips a quick kiss I was in shock a little but I happily leaned down to kiss her back slowly and softly my hands instinctively moved to her waist pulling her closer till she pulled back "whoa"

"heheeh can I have some now Asa pretty please" she begs

"okay, just didn't tell the others" I whispered turning back to do my cooking, I felt her clamp onto my neck giving me some kisses first before she bit me it stung for a second before she began to suck I felt mostly like she was giving me a hiki as I cooked till she pulled back and kissed my neck again

"hummm your always so tastey" she smirked before going back down to the basement with the others...

I yawned a little watching my show they all came up to watch too mostly because apparently it's cold down there so most of the others where laid on the floor watching the TV I sat on the sofa my feet up on the table y/n sat against me close to my arm as she watched to I smirked a little yawning and moving my arm sneakily putting it behind her she smiled and put her little blanket over my legs too as she moved closer

"Asa?" She asks

"what is it?" I asked

"could I have some more?" She asks rubbing her nose against my neck

"no, what if the others see, they'll get jealous, and I don't have enough in me to do all of you" i whispered

"pretty please asa" she whines "I'll trade?"
